I need to buy three houses in next couple of weeks. Preferably in Nashville Tn, Antioch Tn, LaVergne Tn, Smyrna Tn, Murfreesboro Tn, Clarksville, Tn, Columbia Tn

I want 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. I prefer a garage but a carport will be ok. 

Ugly Houses or Pretty Houses are fine. 

Cheap Houses or Fancy Houses are great. 

I am a real estate agent. I will NOT look at a property on the MLS or listed with an agent. 

PLEASE do not send me listed properties. 

I would really like a quad-plex or small apartment complex or a mobile home park.

I flip houses. I rent houses. I buy houses.
